Responsible for Studies, Statistics and Approvals in the Directorate of Studies and International Relations of BCEAO. Sylvain is a seasoned expert who has held various strategic positions, including Head of Studies and Statistics at the National Export Council (CNE) of Ivory Coast, Consultant Actuary in NSIA, Consultant Statistician Economist at Bolloré Transport & Logistics, Consultant for Kristena Consulting in France, and Credit Analyst at the Atlantic Bank Ivory Coast. Its expertise covers project coordination, technical support for exports, economic studies, performance monitoring and evaluation, advice on private sector strategies and development, finance, banking, and capacity-building for SMEs. Sylvain graduated as an Engineer Statistician Economist from the École Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Économie Appliquée (ENSEA), with further training at the Lycée Scientifique de Yamoussoukro (LSY) and the Institut National Polytechnique Felix Houphouët-Boigny (INPHB). He has worked on projects for the EU and USAID, and has participated in numerous international seminars and workshops. Its missions have covered agro-industry, agriculture, exports, sustainable development, CSR, and information systems. Sylvain contributed to the development of the National Strategy AGOA and to the implementation of the sectoral policy of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Promotion of SMEs (MCIPPME). Passionate about community life, he is actively involved in various community initiatives.
